A bid proposal for a new residential development in the Stratford / West Ham area coined
‘The New East’. The lively precinct, encompassing a large narrow strip of green, became the basis for the identity and was then used throughout supporting design material to firmly position the precinct as a lifestyle brand, with gardens for residents, schools for children and co-working spaces throughout.
